Casting to appleTV SIGN IN ISSUES

Error msg: iCloud isn’t set up for this Apple ID account when i am prompted to enter my apple password while using my AppleTV 3 version 8.4.4 when trying to play/cast from iPhone 16. I’m already signed in to this appleTV with my Apple ID.
