iPhone texting, calling, and FaceTime not working
IOS update on phone last night and my texting, calling, FT will not work. I also cannot 'turn the phone off' to reset. Any advice?

Phone calls If your call fails or you can’t receive calls on your iPhone - Apple Support
Reach out to your cellular data provider regarding your calls/text issue both are those are their feature.
