Left AirPod Pro making popping, rattling, and buzzing noises

i got AirPod Pros that I got about a month and a half ago which where great until the left AirPod started acting weird. Sometimes when I have my AirPods in the left one while listening to music or watching something make popping noise and the switch to a different song, start playing music, and switching from noise canceling and transparency. For I while I just tried to forget about because I didn’t feel like dealing with it at the time, but recently it’s gotten a lot worse it’s been doing a lot more none stop. It’s only the left AirPod, and I’m not sure if this is normal or not but what I have the AirPod in it make rattling buzzing noise with the occasional quiet beep. But can someone please help me figure out how to fix this, thank you.
