IOS26.1 update, Iphone 14promax, wont recieve 2FA/2SV

I updated my phone to IOS26.1, Iphone 14 pro max, i can recieve texts, but 2FA/2SV won't come through (PSN, Mobile carrier, Paypal) just myself or other people?

I have been through my settings (dont filter spam texts, etc) and restarted my phone multiple times,.
