Hi! Looking into some insight on how to change our business listing within Apple Maps from the thumbs up/down rating system to Yelp as it more accurately reflects legitimate reviews. I think that we have more thumbs up/down ratings (60) as opposed to less on Yelp might be a contributing factor?

When submitting your case, use wording like:
“Apple's native thumbs up/down ratings do not accurately represent our business. Yelp ratings are a much more accurate and established reputation source. We request Apple review the rating source mapping for our listing.”
This does not guarantee a change, but Apple WILL escalate and manually review your rating source rules.
