iPhone X Phone Link pairing with Windows

I have an iPhone X and recently upgraded to Windows 11. The pairing doesn't work. My phone reads the QRC, but doesn't find the computer. So, the Phone Link in Windows and the Link To Windows on the iPhone aren't working according to instructions.

lobsterghost1, Thanks for getting back; but I probably saw all this on my Windows 11. Much of their information presumes that the user is trying to pair an Android phone, not the iPhone. Their guidelines did not work since I tried to undertake this effort earlier this week.

If you follow the link that lobsterghost1 provided, it links to a Microsoft Support document. That one has both an Android section and an iOS section (see "tab" bar below the title).

Microsoft Support – Phone Link requirements and setup

This support page says that you can download the Link to Windows app for the iPhone, but it is "not required." However, Bluetooth communication (and Bluetooth Low Energy support on the PC) absolutely seems to be required.

It is too late to do anything with pairing with Windows 11. One of Microsoft's moderators said that the drivers in Device Manager were faulty and wouldn't allow pairing. He suggested that I use a Bluetooth Adapter. For what I need to do, move my music on Windows 11 into my iPhone Apple Music, I can do that without pairing by importing the content into iTunes. Besides, today I noticed a bulge in the iPhone. At a Apple Store, a technician said it wasn't worthwhile to replace the battery. So, I will have to purchase a new iPhone. What makes me mad is that I tried to post something on this site about the battery, which lost its charge rapidly after charging; but the site would not allow me to post for about three days. That happened in two different browsers.
