Disney+ login and subscription issues.

My Disney plus account just renewed through Apple. Now Disney is asking for a new password and wants to charge me for a subscription ... even though I i just paid for a year through Apple. How am I supposed to rectifiy this inabililty to access Disney+? Thx

To fix Disney+ saying you need a subscription even though you already paid through Apple:

  1. Confirm the Apple subscription is Active
  2. Log into Disney+ using Sign In with Apple (not email/password)
  3. Tap Restore Purchase in the Disney+ app
  4. Ensure you are using the same Disney account linked to your Apple ID
  5. If still broken → have Disney manually sync using your Apple receipt
