i have been trying to send message on imessage but it display "Cannot Send Message iMessage needs to be enabled to send this message." so i switched the imessage off and then try to on it but its not oning again

Please contact your mobile network provider. They need to enable your phone number via their network so that imessage sending works with your phone number. This is usually activated internally when you enable imessage, but at times require operator assistance since it invokes mobile network and account aspects.
Alternatively, you can also send imessage using your apple email id by going to
Settings—>Apps—>Messages->imessage(on)
>Send & Receive
Under “Start New Conversations”
✔️ Phone number
✔️Apple email id
Please note when sending using apple email id, the recipient will get messages sent from showing your apple email instead of phone no:
