Got a random streak on my screen but there is no visible damage, not even a single scratch or mark. Is this a manufacturing issue or something else? Only had the phone roughly two months, never dropped it once so i’m concerned.

As users only, we can't possibly diagnose whatever it is you see. Your phone came with a one year warranty, specifically for manufacturing defects.
