Screen Capturing Not Allowed on This File

I mirror my phone to the TV in our gymnasium every afternoon to share a Google sheet that lists all of our car riders for dismissal. When I opened the file on Monday, the file came up white, glitching, and with an error message saying "Screen capturing is not allowed on this file. Stop screen capturing to continue." and with a small red eye crossed out above it. My tech person on campus and I have tried deleting apps, shutting off screen recording through settings, updating iOS (now 26.1), etc but nothing has worked. Every other file on my phone mirrors fine and other teacher's can share this "car rider" file with no issues. Why is only mine doing this and how can we fix it?

All other files and documents that are Google work fine. Several other staff members have begun to have the same issue as well but with their MacBooks and not their iPhones. We had someone come in this morning from our district and they were able to fix it but they had to change something specific to that file. It works at the moment so we are hoping it stays that way.
