100% battery health but 210 cycles on a refurbished 16 pro with a “new” battery

My iPhone 16 pro that I recently bought refurbished with a new battery, shows the battery health at 100% with 210 charge cycles.

I asked the seller about this and they said that the charge cycles are because the device is secondhand and the battery is indeed new, is it possible that they are lying about this and should I send the phone back?
