Is iPhone 17pro poor WiFi a hardware problem?

I have just requested my 3rd replacement iPhone 17 pro. O2 were reluctant to send yet another phone and tried to pass me back to Apple. Neither Apple or O2 will admit they have an issue and I suspect my 3rd phone will be just as bad as previous 2. I personally think it’s a hardware issue. Will report back once I’ve tried another one!!!
