MacBook Airs cannot discover Bluetooth radio
Two different MacBook Airs (Sequoia) cannot "discover" my Tivoli Model One BT radio. iPhone works fine. Tivoli says it's an Apple issue. Suggestions, please??

Is the radio unpaired from anything else, and set to discoverable mode per its own instructions?
Sounds likes its already aired to the iPhone, so won't appear for anything else until its unpaired from that and in discoverable mode again.

Well, here is Apple's guidance for connecting or pairing a Bluetooth device to the Mac: Connect a Bluetooth device with your Mac - Apple Support.
This guidance was found at Tivoli's website here: https://tivoliaudio.com/pages/experience-model-one-bluetooth-am-fm-radio?utm_source=landingpage&utm_medium=TAlandingpage&utm_campaign=LPage_M1
❝If you are seeing your Model One BT appear on your Bluetooth list but are having trouble connecting, try forgetting your Model One BT in the Bluetooth menu of your device and then re-pairing them. If that does not resolve the issue, please contact Customer Support for further assistance*.❞
You might start with a freshly booted MacBook.
If that doesn't work, try making the Bluetooth connection while booted in safe mode.
Safe mode will often correct weird software behavior by forcing the OS to clear caches, do disk repair and other self-maintenance and housekeeping and temporarily disables third-party mods.

Can you pair the device while in safe mode?
You can exit safe mode by restarting your Mac normally, then reevaluate the problem.

Many thanks for this. Yes, I had checked the Tivoli site, and contacted them by email. My radio is a Model One BT, but not the digital model. Low tech! But, by turning Bluetooth off on ALL my devices, then turning one at a time back on, I was able to pair.
It's really appreciated when people take the time to reply!
