You aren't writing Apple here. This is a user to user only forum, which no one from Apple participates. But even if Apple was here, they don't get involved in lost or stolen devices EVER. If you had Find My enabled before the phone was lost, you can follow the directions here to see if you can track it --> How to find your lost iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If Find My was not enabled on the phone, there is no way to track it and you'd have to look for it the old fashioned, with eyes way.

In order for a phone with Find My enabled to be tracked, it needs to be powered on and connected to a network.

Please note: If you get a message from what appears to be Apple saying your phone has been found and all you need to do is provide your account details to confirm, this is NOT from Apple. I would be from a scammer hoping you'd be gullible enough to provide your account details, which would then permit whoever has your phone to wipe it and use it as their own or sell it.
