I created a domain with the address Rac*****.com, but its status has been stuck on “Pending” for a while.
Could you please check the verification status of this domain and let me know if there’s anything else I need to do on my side?

Your iCloud custom domain shows Pending because not all required DNS records are published correctly. Checking the verification TXT, SPF, MX, and DKIM CNAME records at your domain registrar will resolve the issue. After they are corrected, verification usually completes within 30 minutes to a few hours.
