iPhone 16 Pro volume increases unexpectedly with Bluetooth

Hello everyone.

I got a small annoying bug that happens on my iphone 16 pro.

When I connect my bluetooth earpiece to my iphone, open spotify to play a song.

And then, I pause the song and click on a search bar in Safari or Google map, my volume will always turn to near max. (Only happens when the song is paused)

I tried this when not using bluetooth and this won't happen.

It is kinda annoying since this often hurt my ears...

Does anyone has or had the same problem too? Thanks.
