on mac m4 tahoe 26.1 very slow log in and with safari

first could not have connection with internet safari, then corrected itself but still very slow comparing to sequoia

I have the ram not nuch CPU use did etrestrech answer was no major problem

minor problem app crash (2 apps) and unecessary files about 16


no real need to do something about it

I closed firewall and malware bytes closed and resart no improvement think it is the software itself ?


so frustrating

Those are likely the issue. Just ‘closing’ VPN and AV software doesn’t do much, the associated extensions keep running. You need to uninstall that software completely using the developer’s uninstaller.


Tahoe is fine.

Depending on what version of MalwareBytes is installed and used


It does have anti-virus protection plus a VPN
