Red circle with cross in iPhone shared calendar

If I go into my shared calendar edit interface on iPhone, there is a red circle with a white cross next to the name shared with on right hand side. what does this mean? When I go into person, It has options to stop sharing, resend invitation and allow editing turned on. Email is not greyed out.
