Trouble with Music Focus Mode (iPhone & Macbook)

I'm trying to use a music Focus filter on my MacBook Pro and iPhone. It sometimes works on my iPhone, but it doesn't work at all on the laptop, and I can't even choose Apple Music as a filter.

Is anyone having the same trouble or a workaround?
