Access for applications. PLS HELP!!!

Hi, I need immediate help. I can’t allow access for for example photos or microphone to any app. I assume the authorizations got deleted bc of my low storage capacity, but as I’ve checked i still have free 2gb left, so I’m not sure why they’ve got deleted. I was looking for solutions online bc there’s no such option in settings (I can only allow localization or Siri) but I couldn’t find any not outdated options. PLS HELP I cannot send pictures or anything!!
