How to locate and delete the remaining 142 KB of iCloud data from documents?

i’m Working on deleting all my iCloud data ( I accidentally clicked a link but didn’t see anything download😬) and there is 142kb of data left in my iCloud that I can’t find anywhere it says it’s from documents but I have literally looked everywhere and had apple support look with me any ideas?

If you have the minimum iCloud storage of 5GB in your account, 142KB amounts to 0.00284% of your total storage. Is it really worth your or anyone else’s time to deal with this?

I just want to make sure it’s not some malicious file hiding on iCloud. I don’t really know much about this stuff
