Unrecognized Charges by Apple.com

Hello,


I have been charged for three unrecognized transactions by Apple.com/Bill. After reviewing my purchase history, I confirmed that there were no payments or active subscriptions during the period when these charges occurred.


Please see the receipts from my credit card payment history attached below.


I kindly request the following actions:

  1. A full refund for these unauthorized charges.
  2. Removal of my card from any subscriptions, services, or Apple IDs that may be associated with these transactions.


Please investigate this matter and assist me as soon as possible.

Sorry, this is a user to user community, and we can not access your data.

Have a look at what you can do to solve this and request a refund from Apple, in case this money has been deducted from Apple:

If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support



This might also be a phishing attempt, to get personal credentials from you.
