How to recover a permanently deleted video on iPhone?
Hi, I want to recover a video I delete by mistake recently on my iPhone. I deleted it permanently.

Permanently deleted means just that.
Unless you saved a copy of the video somewhere other than on the phone itself – and somewhere outside of the iCloud Photos system, if you were using iCloud Photos synchronization – it is gone.
