Accidental purchase refund denied due to locked Apple ID
Hello. On November 11 there was an accidental purchase of $48.99 made from my device, using another person’s payment card by mistake.
At that time my Apple ID was locked / I couldn’t access my account, so I was unable to request a refund within the allowed time.
Now the system says it is not eligible for a refund, but this purchase was unintentional.
Could you please manually review this and help return the payment?
