How to report an unpleasant encounter with an Apple Store employee?

Very unpleasant and concerning encounter with an employee in Apple Store yesterday - surely there has to be a better way than a letter to Ireland to raise this? No e mail addresses, no calls being answered. Any clues how to raise this quickly?

Perhaps the store's in North Ireland/UK?

No separate one's listed, via US webpage

shows us 'Ireland' properly?

Maybe if you could see what else via webpage

can be done, before you get to an Apple Store?

Had you confirmed the location, in either Northern Ireland

or the 'non-UK' main section. Then proceed right to there.

Invoke the first reason why you are seeking direct contact

with Apple; not other 'vague' arguments. Get to business.
