Unable to create a new playlist in Apple Music

Could be any one of several possible reasons, and we don't have much info. to go on.. Below are a few pointers.

You may need a stronger internet connection ... wi-fi ... or .... cellular

You may need a Music Subscription

Your iPhone's memory / storage may not be adequate: You can check in Settings > General > [Device] Storage

(generally keep at least 8 Gb free space for smooth operation)

You might want to check whether the iOS version on your iPhone can be updated:

If you go to Settings > General > Software updates, you can see whether ot not there's an update you can install.

Reminder: If you choose to update : It is always wise to back-up your iPhone first

Eg: says: Open the Apple Music app. on your Phone

1. Tap Library, tap Playlists, then tap New Playlist.
2. Give your playlist a name, then tap Add Music.
3. Tap the music that you want to add.
4. On your iPhone, tap Done.
