The same license to use Logic Pro can be shared by multiple persons if their Apple Accounts are in a Family Sharing group together. If you're not family, you're not allowed to share the license to use Logic Pro with another person. That is against the usage license.

For my special scenario: I have a personal Mac with my personal Apple ID, and a development Mac which I use to develop apps in Xcode on, beta test them etc. The development Mac uses my separate, business Apple Account. The Apple accounts are NOT in a Family Sharing group together. However, since I'm the same person and sometimes need access to Logic Pro even on my development Mac, I have been able to use Logic Pro on that Mac too by going into App Store ➡️ Store ➡️ Logout ➡️ Log in with my personal Apple Account ➡️ Going to the Logic Pro App Store page ➡️ Downloading Logic Pro ➡️ Clicking Store again ➡️ Logout again ➡️ Log in with my developer Apple Account again. That way I have been able to use Logic Pro on my development Mac even though they're using separate Apple Accounts. Please note that this is only possible and allowed if you're the same person who owns both accounts. Otherwise, Family Sharing is required.
