How to obtain an IMEI change document for a new iPhone in Turkey?

My iPhone 11 Pro Max stopped working about 1.5 months ago and became completely unresponsive, so I went to an Apple Store in Istanbul. Unfortunately, since the device was purchased in Chicago, they were unable to assist me with service. Later, the phone turned on by itself, but continued to operate with several technical issues, and since it is an old model, its battery health has started to display the ‘Service’ warning as shown in the image I sent. For this reason, I decided to replace my phone.

As someone who enjoys using Apple products and frequently works on shooting and editing projects, I upgraded to your newer model, the iPhone 17 Pro Max. However, in order to register my new phone in Türkiye, I require a document from you that confirms the IMEI change.

In the information I have provided, you will find details for both my old device and the new one I purchased.

You are not talking to Apple. this is a user forum. There was no IMEI change. You purchased a new phone with a different IMEI.

You should really purchased devices in the country were you live. That would avoid issues like this.

Several articles online suggest that foreigners visiting Turkey must register mobile phones after a certain number of days (120?) – or be blocked/blacklisted from local cellular networks. The registration fee appears to be quite steep; the equivalent of over $1000 USD!
