I need to change country associated to my account, and the condition is to cancel all my subscriptions and to wait their expiring. But i have multiple very ususful subscriptions expiring between next december 2025 and october 2026. So in order to change Country link to my account do i need to stay without apps i have subcriptions with until next october?

You will not be able to change the region with an active subscription. Your only option is to use the link provided by Niel to cancel those subscriptions immediately, where you will then be able to sign up for those subscriptions again in your new region if they are available there. If one of the subscriptions is Apple Music, all downloaded music from the streaming service will be lost and your playlists will need to be recreated. There will be an extra expense involved because those subscriptions will not be able to be transferred, so when starting the new subscription you would be paying again.

Subscriptions will continue until the expiration date. Canceling them just tells them not to renew after that date. To have it end before that date you need to contact Apple and explain you need it to end immediately.
