Setting app or screen on my iPhone which I just received today
My iPhone settings app is not working properly I push to open the settings then it doesn’t scroll up or down while I’m in the settings app what can I do

Do a Full Force Restart (Most Important Fix)
This fixes 80% of unresponsive Settings-app issues.
Press in this exact order:
- Volume Up → release
- Volume Down → release
- Press & HOLD Side button for 10–20 seconds
- Do not release until the Apple logo appears
After restart, open Settings and try scrolling.
