Sync 3 CarPlay not working with new iOS 26.1

After updating my iPhone 16 Pro Max to iOS 26.1, CarPlay stopped appearing in my 2021 Ford F-250 with Sync 3 (v3.4), despite previously working flawlessly with a wired connection. I’ve tried multiple high-quality USB-A→USB-C and USB-C→USB-C cables, reset my iPhone and network settings, checked for Sync 3 updates, and even performed a master reset on the truck’s system—no luck. What’s interesting is that my old iPhone 14 running an older iOS version connects to CarPlay instantly, which makes me think this is a software compatibility issue with iOS 26.1. Has anyone else experienced this or found a solution?
