Apple TV +, I followed the directions to find my receipt (went to reportaproblem.apple.com) but when I got there the item on that page said "This purchase doesn't have a receipt." In FL, I understand that all digital purchases subject to CST are supposed to have receipts available which also include itemized fees and taxes. Is there another way to view a receipt?

You can also try checking your purchase history directly in the App Store or iTunes on a Mac or iOS device via the Purchase History option. From there, select the item to view available details. If no receipt is available there either, contacting Apple Support directly may be the only way to request an official receipt that includes taxes and fees.
