Problems with two apps billing and no where to get support

I hear people saying thios is not a way to get in contact with APPLE but how do i solve to ongoing issue that apple do not have in there selection boxes

  1. I was billed for LINKEDIN last year and again this year but i continue to get messages saying I must upgrade to premium to do things in LINKEDIN
  2. I subscribed for a trial period with to BetterMe and was promised i would not be automatically invoiced after trial, but i now continue to get billed and for some reason this app does not even show in my purhases other than the trial period has expired

SOOOOO frustrating trying to solve these two on going issues with no place to get support from APPLE

What comes first to mind is: Contact a third-party vendor --> Contact a third-party vendor - Apple Support

I have no idea where in the world you are located. Apple does not provide support in all countries. It does in many and I refer you to ➔ Contact - Official Apple Support

Select from the presented options until you find a solution for your issue, or see if there is a chat or phone call contact method offered lower on the page under “Get more help” (you sometimes have to narrow down the options multiple times before this is shown). If you do not see your issue, keep experimenting with any series of selections until you reach one that offers a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.


This support article has various country telephone numbers for contacting Apple for support and service ➔ Contact Apple Support - Apple Support For some countries look under “Other” listing at the end of the list. Not every country has telephone support, and phone numbers may only work when calling from the same country.
