Stop Apple telling people my Focus status.

I want to use the Focus options in ios but Apple now tells everyone what my status is. i.e. notifications are turned off because I'm driving. I don't want people to know this information. I have spoken to Apple Support but they don't know how to enable Focus, but at the same time not broadcast my status. I'd rather not have people know I'm driving, or have do not disturb, or that I'm sleeping whatever. This seems to be Apple violating my privacy and if I'm not mistaken be a violation of GDPR.

Did you try to disable the Auto-Reply by setting it to "No One" in the Focus settings for driving on your iPhone?

As far as I know, there is no notification for your contacts, if your Sleep Focus or Do Not Disturb is enabled.
