Scam, do not reply.

Apple's phone support number is 800-275-2273 so you know the number they posted is bogus.

It is a scam message designed to get you to purchase unnecessary software or phish for personal information such as your credit card number.

First, there is no number at Apple like this. So, if you call the number, you won't be speaking to anyone at Apple.

This is a SCAM that is trying to trick you into calling the number so your account can be "protected".

Of course, to "protect" things the scammer on the phone will ask for your Apple ID, Password, Payment details, etc. to confirm that your account details are correct and will be "protected".

I think you know what will happen next.

Just delete the message and any others like this that you surely will see going forward. Scams are everywhere. Be careful. Assume nothing.
