Disable 'Magic Trackpad Connected' notification

When I am using my MacBook Pro in clamshell mode I have a Magic Keyboard & Magic Trackpad attached via cables. When I enter my credentials to wake up the MBP in this configuration I will see the attached notification. If you look to the left of the clock, the icon for the control center has been replaced by the bluetooth icon.

Because I keep the trackpad connected via cable I do not need to see this notification but I can't figure out how to turn it off.

To the best of my knowledge this is not a notification of a 3rd party app (could be wrong, but I have looked). I also do not get a similar notification for my keyboard. Both Apple devices, are configured the same way.

Is this something easily missed by aging eyes or is this an idiosyncrasy of MacOS Tahoe ?

macOS 26 Notification that my Magic trackpad is fully charged. How do I disable it?

wireless trackpad...

Try removing the cable and compare your results.

Plug it in when the battery is low to charge it back up(?)
