Pro 3 rattle in left pod only

AirPods Pro 3, absolutely brilliant overall, but not for running.

Right pod works fine, sat still, walking, running. Left pod when running clicks and rattles when I run. Acoustic seal tells me both pods are properly located in my ears (and sounds right too).

I tired twisting the left pod in my ear to tighten the connection between the tip and the pod, and this works for a short while, after which the clicking/rattling returns. I tried different tip size, changing from medium to large, but makes no difference (and large feels too big, small is too small).

The right pod works so well under any circumstances, the left is such a disappointment when I run. I went through tech support, had the original left pod replaced, and the new one is better, but after careful placement in my ear, still rattles!

Any ideas....??

Fixes include:

turning off ANC/Adaptive Audio
cleaning the vents
using foam tips
stabilizing fit

Well sure appreciate any kind of reply. I ordered alternaive earbuds in the meantime, which are working very well and without any rattle issues at all.

To you specify points:

OK, I didn't try turning off ANC/adaptive, but adaptive in particular is a real reason to try and make these puds work - will try.

They are weeks old, practically brand new, so would not expect the vents to be dirty at all, but will check.

I'm using the original foam tips the come with the buds - any suggestions to alternatives (that still allow the buds to fit in the charging case)?

I have tried all kinds of strategies of fit the buds including half pulling my ears off as I'm fitting them.

Any other comments, help etc really appreciated as I love these pods for everything but almost the most important, and that is running!
