APPLE TV BUFFERING PROBLEMS WHEN VIEWING PURCHASED CONTENT

I have an Apple TV device (Gen 3) and am now having constant buffering issues with the content I have purchased. This has started not long ago, perhaps weeks now. My download speeds are not the issue since my broadband service provides approx. 450mbs download speed. Also, none of my other streaming services have this buffering issue. Not Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO MAX, nor YouTube. I'm thinking my buffering issues may be related to the latest round of software upgrades to tvOS 26.2 but not sure. I have over 500 purchased films, etc. and am very frustrated not being able to watch them because of this aggravating buffering issue which makes viewing content next to impossible. Is there anyone else having this issue? I've tried everything from restarting, logging in and out of my account, and even doing a factory reset but the problem persists. What's going on?! Apple used to be the go to for me when viewing content but now I'm reluctant to purchase anything else because of their unreliability. Any advice would be appreciated!
