The Contacts app is missing from iCloud.com.

My contacts app is missing from iCloud.com. I do have sync enabled on my iPhone. I have turned off sync on my phone, restarted my phone, turned sync back on, restarted, and the app is still missing. There is no contacts app in the list of apps to choose from either. The contacts app is present on my phone.
