iPhone - Intune Company Portal Enrollment
Hello All,
I'm investigating the below issue:
Attempting to enroll the iPhone into Mobile Device Management (MDM) using Microsoft Intune's Company Portal app using the work credentials
During the Company Portal enrollment process, after the security delay period completes, I attempt to sign in under Settings > VPN & Device Management > Sign in to Work or School Account. However, I receive the following error:
"Your Apple Account does not support the expected services on this device. Please contact your administrator to sign in.
Details:
- I am using a work email.
- I am enrolling through Company Portal as part of Intune device management
- I received a security delay warning, which completed after 1 hour
- After that, the sign-in fails with the above error
Could this issue be caused by restrictions associated with the Apple ID currently logged into the device?
