Deletion of files on iCloud
Is it that when you delete a file on your hard drive that it now also deletes on the iCloud? To my knowledge this was not the case in the past.
Any experiences with this issue?

By "hard drive" do you mean your internal drive on your Mac?
The general idea is that iCloud Drive is a a folder on your Mac that is copied exactly to iCloud.com. Whatever you do to a file in your Mac's iCloud Drive folder is also copied to iCloud.com. So if you delete a a file in the iCloud Drive folder on your Mac, then that file will be deleted in your iCloud Drive at iCloud.com.
Try it and see! Make a useless file. Put it into our iCloud Drive folder, and go to iCloud.com to see what happens when you mess with it.
