Enrollment Profile in ABM.

I'm trying to configure an Enrollment Profile in Apple Business Manager (ABM) to control supervision settings for my devices.

When I assign devices to my MDM server in ABM, the option to create a new Enrollment Profile or edit an existing one is not available—it's completely missing from the interface.

I need to modify the supervision settings (enable Supervised mode) via the Enrollment Profile in both ABM and my MDM, but the entire Enrollment Profile section/feature does not appear.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any ideas what might be causing the Enrollment Profile option to be hidden or unavailable?

Your Enrollment Profiles are missing because your MDM server in ABM was created as a Legacy Server, which does not support Automated Device Enrollment profiles.

Fix:

  1. Create a new MDM server in ABM
  2. Download the new token
  3. Upload it to your MDM
  4. Reassign devices to this server
  5. Enrollment Profiles will appear again

Roles must also be Administrator or Device Enrollment Manager.
