My Apple Watch Series 8 gave me a short vibration a couple of days ago. I looked down and saw this cryptic message: "Loosen your **** belt. Tight clothes restrict breathing - loosen your belt and let your body expand again."
First of all, I wasn't wearing a belt. I had just finished playing the piano and had sat down at my computer when the message popped up. Any clue what could have triggered it?

Spam sent over WhatsApp. Can you see the conversation, if you tap on the message to open WhatsApp on your watch?
I can't think of an app for the Apple Watch, sending you such rude messages, at least not one of the default ones.
Any 3rd party apps installed which might do that, for example messenger apps?
Just WhatsApp. That's why I can't figure out the cause.
Did you also check the messages on your iPhone?
Looks like spam.
They're wasn't a matching message on the phone. And I'm puzzled by the red dot in the upper left.
