HomePod changing music on its own

Music keeps fast forwarding and the volume keeps changing on my HomePod. I thought it was because the HomePod was old so replaced it with a new second generation and it still happens! Have reset, de-synced my library, re downloaded every track and it is still happening. Any ideas how to fix this?
