Ultra 3 battery charge complication glitch

Ultra 3 does not show decreasing battery charge on the watch face when battery is selected as bottom “complication.” After charging the watch … it persists showing the % battery peak charge and will not display decreasing battery charge during off charge use unless the watch is restarted. After restart the watch shows the correct current battery charge and displays decreased % over time. Problem occurs every time it’s charged.
