Why can't I use Apple Music with a shared family subscription?

Hello! I have a problem with Apple Music. I have a family subscription, my family member has already paid for our apple music and shared subscription with me , but I still can’t use apple music. Please, can you check it and help with this problem?

Just to clarify, when you say you have a Family Subscription, you are not referring to simply using Family Sharing is it? Do you know the price of the Apple Music plan that the Family Member is paying for? That may help determine if the correct one has been chosen.
