Help transferring playlist from PC to iphone

first, why did apple get rid of iTunes? what an awesome app to play music content, organize your library and sync your playlist to your device via usb cables. Now Apple Music you have to sync your device via the cloud. Fine and dandy, unless to reach that 100k threshold on songs, which I have. Now I'm stuck not being able to manipulate my playlist to my iPhone to play over my stereo, car, ect ect.

I've been an Itunes users since it's induction on 1/9/2001. I had an extensive music collection then, you can imagine what it is now. Apple needs to somehow raise the limit of how much you can have in the cloud, or really eliminate the limit altogether. I'm a boat captain, and do tours with my music collection, now I can't get my playlist to download on my iphone 17 pro max. Extremely disappointed with apple and its limitations.

If there is a way that I can physically download my playlist via usb connection from my CPU Apple Music app to my iphone please advise!!
