Unable to add passport to Wallet

No suggestions unless you are willing to provide details. Trying twice means little. What happens? Do you get an error message? Does it get stuck on verifying your data input? Were the live image requirements successful? Did you follow the instructions about turning your head, opening your mouth, looking up and down? Did your iPhone read the chip in your Passport? In other words where did you it fail?

FWIW I added both my Passport and my Illinois Drivers license yesterday without issues. They were verified and added to my Wallet in just a few minutes so there’s nothing wrong with the process. It just works.

Then obviously no one here can be of any help as we are just fellow users and Apple Support does not monitor these user-to-user forums.

So contact Apple Support as you have been directed to do by the message you received. Something is not adding up apparently.

As I stated it only took a few minutes before the verification worked and the card was added to my Wallet app.
