iPhone Mail drafts not syncing with Windows PC

I have a windows PC that shows random drafts in the folder but when you open it there is nothing in the folder. When I check my iPhone mail app there shows no drafts in the folder. NOT a huge issue but irritating.

Your Windows PC is showing an IMAP Drafts folder that doesn’t match the one your iPhone uses. Fix this by confirming your iPhone uses the server Drafts folder, cleaning up duplicate/ghost drafts in webmail, rebuilding the mail account on Windows, and refreshing sync. Once the Drafts folder is properly mapped, both devices will show the same content.
