Calendar time option not opening after iOS 26.1 update

Using 13 Pro Max with IOS 26.1 update. After update When trying to create or update calendar event, the time option is not opening to choose a time in either case.

Has anyone had this issue and been able to fix it? Thanks in advance -

Force-quitting Calendar, rebooting the phone, changing region settings, toggling 24-hour time, or refreshing calendar accounts usually restores the picker.
